The organization seeks to recruit qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions. 1. Senior Internal Auditor – 1(One) position. Reports to: General Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. CPA is an added advantage. Age: 30-40 years Experience: Must have a working experience of 3-5 years. Experience with microfinance institutions or SACCOs is an added advantage. Additional Expectations Possession of relevant computer skills is a must. Knowledge of industry regulations and accounting standards. High ethical standards and independence. Ability to use audit tools and data. Strong industry and analytical thinking. 2. Operations Manager – 1(One) position. Reports to: General Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. Age: 25-35 years. Experience: Must have a working experience of 2-3 years with microfinance institutions or SACCOs. Additional Expectations Possession of relevant computer skills is a must. Leadership and team management skills. Problem solving and analytical thinking. Proven experience in microfinance systems. Financial acumen and strategic planning. 3. IT Officer – 1(One) position. Reports to: Head of IT. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Age: 25-35 years Experience: Must have a working experience of 1-2 years of technical support. Experience with microfinance institutions or SACCOs is an added advantage. Key Skills Software knowledge. Proficiency in windows, software installation, hardware maintenance, and network connectivity. 4. Recovery Officer – 1(One) position. Reports to: Credit Supervisor Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. Age: 25-35 years. Experience: Must have a working experience of 2-3 years in debt collections preferably with microfinance institutions or SACCOs. Male candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Skills Possession of relevant computer skills is a must. Credit management, or banking. High integrity to manage delinquent accounts effectively. Credit control, or lending within a financial institution. 5. Credit Officers – 3(Three) positions. Reports to: Branch Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any in any Business related courses. Age: 25-30 years Experience is an added advantage. Male candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Skills Possession of relevant computer skills is a must. Strong analytical abilities for evaluating creditworthiness. Detailed knowledge of lending procedures. Skills to manage client relationship and risk. 6. Marketing Officer – 1(One) position. Reports to: Branch Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any in any Business related courses. Age: 25-30 years Experience is an added advantage. Possession of relevant computer skills is a must. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems. Ability to analyze market research data and campaign metrics.
